The weather was perfect with offshore fog in the distance yesterday as we joined Penny and Bruce for the traditional pilgrimage to the seashore here in Central California.
We traversed Santa Rosa Creek Road into Cambria before heading to Moonstone Beach. The tide was coming in and the waves made a fine show crashing into the rocks.
Cayucos is always fun, but not so much so when you can't find a place to park within three blocks of the main drag. Had to eat our fabulous lunch seated on window stools at Duckie's. People watching was the highlight here.
