We were surprised by the crowds of families when we visited the KVIE Discovery Science Museum in Sacramento Saturday morning. It was KVIE Day and there were reportedly 3000 people or more there. Angel felt out of place because most to the kids weren't her age, but she enjoyed the displays and exhibits. We didn't get to see everything, though. The planetarium show was cancelled due to the crowds and the line to the live animal/insect room was way too long (about a 40 minute wait). The upside --- we didn't have to pay to get in!
