Another exciting morning at the Preserve. I was expecting a more intense layer of smoke from the Camp Fire up north, but mixed with the fog, I couldn't even smell the smoke. Zillions of geese to the east and south of Bruceville Road. The sun rose with a rosy glow, which made for some great silhouettes. I spotted a bald eagle in a tree about 1/8th mile north of Desmond Road and had fun shooting him/her for a few minutes before it launched toward the west. Thanks to Ray for the welcome visit.
