After helping water some of the newly planted trees at DeBenedetti Park in Lodi, I traipsed around the west side of Lodi Lake about 8 a.m. I was surprised at all the healthy people taking advantage of the early morning to get their exercise. Lots of young kids getting in shape (Lodi Schools started classes this week). Made me tired just watching them.
