Color the Skies This year's festival was plagued with a slight breeze Friday and Saturday, so five hot air balloons were filled for show, but no balloons took flight until Sunday morning.
There was still plenty of fun for the kids all day with rides, a helicopter fly-in, games, art creation booth, entertainment stage, parachute landings, professional kite flying, 5K run and more.
Liz, Thomas and his dogs Caution and Havoc joined me and Barb for another pre-dawn visit to the Color the Skies festival where they raise money for the Children's Hospital of the Central Valley in Modesto.
