About a dozen local birders donned binoculars in search of treetop flutterers at Lodi Lake this morning. The group was led by Pat Paternostro, expert bird watcher and info guy. The overcast skies dulled the colors a bit, but a good time was had by all. My bird shots were limited, unfortunately, but over a dozen species were identified by song, even though we didn't see them all (I didn't, anyway).
