Hoping to see more life at the Woodbridge Regional Park this Saturday, I was disappointed there weren't more dragonflies and other insects. This park borders the Mokolumne River and has a number of trails, including one that meanders through tall marsh grass. There are a number of large oaks and other tree species, with densely matted underbrush, including pipevine, poison oak and blackberries.
The river is very low right now, and there were a few families taking advantage of getting their feet wet. You could walk all the way across at about any point.
