Thanks to Tom and Barb for hosting us in Sonora yesterday. They showed off the area, including a train ride on the old Jamestown Sierra Railway line.

The barn photos are part of a photo assignment that challenges everyone to submit their greatest July barn picture. I'll still be working on it after these, I think. Most barns are along narrow roads that make it hard to stop without getting run over. Pretty scarey stuff for us old codgers.

We stopped at Knight's Ferry on the way, also.
