The big national bass anglers' tournament ended today in Stockton, CA. About 1000 folks turned out to cheer the winners, including John Crews, who took the championship trophy and the $100,000 purse. Crew's 4-day total catch of 72 lbs., 6 oz., was barely enough to secure the title.
Second place belonged to Skeet Reese, who lost by just 1 ounce.
