When the weeks of foggy skies give you the blues, it's time to get out of the valley and head for the Sierra foothills.
We visited Sutter Creek, Fiddletown, Volcano, Pine Grove and Jackson before descending back into the muck.
The monthly challenge themes are Yummy, Abandoned, White, Trio and Low Tech. I had these in mind while shooting and was able to find a few subjects that fit the bill.
